For the longest time, I hated making Reels and TikToks. Actually, if I am being honest, I would go as far as saying that I hated making all videos for one simple reason- it is incredibly time-consuming.
Where I could edit a photo in just a few seconds using tools like Lightroom, editing video took tens of minutes to hours or even days pending length.
I almost even gave up on producing Instagram Reels because I simply found the in-app editing features to be buggy, glitchy, and not user-friendly and it really did not help my already unmotivated self get into it.
It wasn't until I downloaded CapCut (particularly, CapCut's desktop application) and started messing around with the program that I really began to enjoy making Reels and TikToks.
CapCut truly makes this one easy!

Blogging is, we will admit, a dream career. We won't sugar coat it- achieving blogging success is a huge milestone that many of us work to daily.

So in this one, I thought I'd share why these are so common and give some advice to help you deal with the issues as they come- because they most certainly will.

We'll be the first to admit, there is a lot of bad blogging advice out there. We've likely been guilty of it, too.
There are many reasons for why bad advice is a dime a dozen. The landscape changes faster than most can keep up with, established sites have different challenges (and solutions) than those who are starting out, and so many factors work for (and against) each other such that advice that works on Site A may not work at all for Site B even if every other factor was virtually identical.
We could go on.
While these are things we could talk about until we're blue in the face, in this one we want to take a look at the people who give out advice on the internet. Namely, the people who you may want to hesitate before listening to at all.

Google has (seemingly) been making E-E-A-T a bigger and bigger metric with each passing algorithm update.
Gone are the days where you simply can publish whatever you want, for any reason, and possibly rank. Today, Google wants to see many signals to rank you, including why you deserve to rank. That is to say, why are you qualified to write about the content to begin with.
So we thought we'd break down what E-E-A-T is in simple terms and then drop a bombshell you may not like- particularly around the Expertise element of E-E-A-T.
Unfortunately, in this particular instance, it is important to be the expert and not just an expert. This distinction matters.
